Dog Days of Summer

With that means I headed up and over the hill to Pike Lake w/a buddy for an open water swim. We intend on doing the same come Thursday too. Plus, riding will be forced to take place in the dark as I refuse to fry like an egg on the tarmac when the sun is high in the sky! Tomorrow will be spent in the woods on foot & bike in hopes to barf up a lung.
