Man, I got a Colorado peach from the WFC this evening on my lunch break and this rocky mountain crop kicked ass over any produce from the deep south.
Other than that, I went to the ski trails this afternoon for 7 x 45-second repeats on a flat, horseshoe shaped piece going back & forth. I did them @ slightly faster than 5k pace w/equal recovery time for half and then doubled this until complete. Including the warmup and cooldown my duration spent outside was 51 minutes. Having Lake Superior a block away when conditions are hot is truly a blessing and I can just walk straight in and collapse unfazed to lower my core temperature.
