With the last few days I've noticed
HUGE gains in power on the bike as the data is almost baffling for the shorter durations. I guess I just want to make the most of it but I'm not allowing my heart rate to elevate though either. At the moment my breathing is rough as the warmer temperature and breeze are creating havoc. Been doing great w/rehab and unless I feel the need I've got the green light!
So, I'm going to be a little risky tomorrow morning...
