Went to Occ Med this afternoon for a visit w/the athletic trainers. Gorby and Matt have done wonders for me over the years and bring peace of mind to any injury. They rattled up my IT band under some high frequency waves followed by massage. As long as I do my part and stretch too, this will be short lived!
