over the shoulder

I headed into the park this afternoon to roll around some of the hilly portions of ski trail to practice carrying my bike on the run. Another skill day that I wanted to keep from being too much work. The data was lost as I gave my HR monitor an incorrect command. Oh well, I'll figure out my new toy soon enough. I know that my overall effort was far less than a couple days ago. Surprisingly, my gearing felt nice but I still think I'm going to switch it as this wasn't very taxing simulation on my legs. The hardest part to remember is all the accelerations a singlespeeder needs to deal with. Lifting and returning the bike to the ground came smoothly.
