This afternoon Dave Pipho met at my place and from there we carried a couple 'cross barriers I constructed from materials I got at Home Depot down a block to University Park. Once we walk and rolled around the lot finding wet areas to avoid and a possible circuit to do we hammered the dowels into the ground and it was time for skill work. There are so many trees to corner that we decided to pick different lines constantly. I moved the barriers a few times to allow for multiple variations of dismounts and remounts. The focus was technique and not effort. However, I wore my new EKHO HR monitor that we get to ProForm for cheap being on the Peace Coffee Bike Racing Team. Cobwebs were evident but as always.....it's a load of FUN!!
