Running from my parents home in Circle Pines, I headed over to Baldwin Park and did some easy speed of a minute on and a minute off. Turning laps around a softball field gave me a gauge on whether I was slowing. I was probably going at half marathon effort for the hard intervals and did a total of 10. Both ankles were very sore which had a lot to do w/me not going @ 5k pace. Otherwise, things went fine and I'll certainly be doing some longer tempo workout in the next few weeks.
