I'm not just talking weight either but more fitness. I've known for years that anytime I miss anything in excess of four days I atrophy at a very rapid rate beyond that point. I can't remember the last time I've missed an entire week due to illness and I've still got a horrible cough. I think I'll be going into the doctor's office very soon too. Just annoying really because my throat could be worse. Energy level will and is coming up slowly. My run today had me going E. Calvary, Arnold, W. Tischer, and Howard Gnesen. Never did I think feeling crappy would be a good trade for another day in stale air. I wasn't fast but I didn't overdo it.
