Black Plague

Wednesday night I thought something didn't seem right and I never imagined what was to come: headache, coughs, sore throat, body aches, fever/chills & diarrhea. Flu strain like this hasn't infected me for quite sometime and I hope it's just as long before I experience it again. Miserable doesn't entirely sum it up and I'm too drained to express the venting it deserves. It's amazing how some microscopic virus can turn a fit human being into a sack of shit so quickly. I struggled lying supine in bed to get my feet around to the floor! Now I get to see how much of a recovery period this is going to require. My poor sleeping ability over the years hasn't been any help. I'm considering trying a nonprescription aid. Anyways, I'll be taking it cautious for a bit and hope to get back to where I was before this untimely event!
