All of a sudden I was straddling my stem and bar diving toward the ground!! It is nice that people cut and remove trees from the exciting singletrack that flows thru Lester Park but drag it into the woods a bit at least. Adam Sundberg received a city approved project to build a continuous 4-mile loop starting this weekend. The last couple of days I've been on my MTB noticing stuff pinflagged and ribboned. Vegetation is tall currently and the trail is narrow so watch out if you take a step off the beaten path. Right now my vastus medialus has an imprint from somewhere on my bike and is swollen like a son of a b!@#$. I was on a steep descent that bends right into a climb toward the sixth bridge when my shoe was on the down in the revolution, or so it goes...
