After reading a couple good articles this weekend I realize now that I need to stop training what I already know is good and target the weaknesses. Some of it is basic physiology and some might require a bit of faith in the method. Regardless, my head is stale and is begging for change in protocol. We're into the next month and it has me excited to implement the neglected general strength routines and workouts to boost cardiac output!

**During the last fortnight I split my training efforts between wrenching and getting sick. Time on the bike came in at 20 hours 33 minutes which I hope to reach in a single week eventually. Otherwise, keeping my nose to the grindstone is the only idiom that I follow currently.**
