Before heading out to Jen's family cabin for the weekend I got a chance to ride w/Pete Sandelin on Saturday morning and helped pull him to a life time best of 91.35 miles! He is another that is preparing for his first Ironman Triathlon down in Madison, WI. Mental toughness is a strength that he's got dialed in and I'm excited for these locals making their debut.
As for Sunday and Monday, I got in a lot of kayaking, swimming, bean bag game, running on ATV trails and a nice pedal back home. We are both tired still today from keeping her young nieces busy. Now I've got to replace a positive battery terminal and wire on the car before riding into the woods.
