therapy reversal
This block of training that I'm currently in is crucial. My efforts have taken place solely on the hills Duluth has to offer. I want to be just screaming UNCLE by the end of the next three weeks! Nothing is wasted as I've been going up & down avenues while traversing streets on my commutes from Lakeside to Downtown. Putting on the HR monitor a couple times recently has indicated my strength is getting taxed as I can't even spike the lub-dub. Being in a phase like this is just what I was hoping for prior to the marathon. The plan was to be really tired before it and struggle to finish in 3:10 but injury might ruin this. Yesterday, I decided to run w/the Cho Pat but not take any Naproxen. Tomorrow, I will try the opposite on a similar loop doing it backwards. Doing brick workouts frequently this spring has made recovery difficult too. Otherwise, I know the beer tastes great over in Wisconsin...
