My run today was needing some pizazz and I kind of got what I was looking for. Running less frequently for awhile will be the plan so I've got to switch the mindset from quantity to quality. I like to open and close my runs with harder miles(6:30's) than usual to make everything in between more difficult to maintain. The route was boring w/Rehbein and W.Tischer taking me over to Rice Lake. It can be nice too at times because that's when a person can really get in tune w/oneself. Caloric intake is probably a little low yet from being ill. Not concerned as appetite corrections get back to normal w/me fairly easy.
