I had taken the bus(Jeremy Polson's dad happen to be the driver) at the park & ride on Calvary to 24th Ave E & Fourth St to do a point-to-point. **Note to self: think out a plan before doing something like this next. I went east toward downtown where I then took a diagonal route up to Skyline and found my way onto Orange St which brought me to Arlington and headed north to get home from there. I went longer than I had in mind since I didn't run at all last week. Trying to use my upper legs for most of the work to put less strain on my ankles. Tomorrow will tell me what I really need to know.
