higher ground

My run in Hartley had me wanting to climb a little. The park has a couple of knobs that take a grinding route and it never ceases to amaze me how many different loops, figure eights, or just cutting across the space(enter & exit) a person can do. I'm going to have to pull a traction device out of the closet as descending on the singletrack is tricky of late. I'm needing to set an appointment w/Gorby(athletic trainer) as I think my ankle just needs some strength and mobility work. Putting together consecutive days w/o being sore and tired is hard to produce.
