laundry can't wait any longer

I decided to try my out-n-back plan that I've been thinking I'll be using this year to check in on pace. This course has me losing elevation on the way out and gaining it back coming in. Roads being used include: Kingston, Luzerne, Fairview, Washington, & Mulvahill. All gravel since I don't seem to recover well on the tarmac anymore. This surface on yet another warm afternoon leads to a mess up and down the tights from behind. Also, setting it up this way helps me work on mental toughness. I like to look at the possibility of negative splitting it occasionally too. Correlating these two things w/my lub-dub and I should have a good idea on my progress. Things were as expected and I'll wait to see what happens next!

Duration: 1 hour 1 minute(30/31 @ the turnaround)
Mileage: 8
avg HR: 148 bpm
