fundamental basics of pedaling

It's crazy no matter how elite one thinks he/she is, a person should never take a skill for granted. Lately, cranking my bike has gotten exponentially frustrating for me until yesterday. My fitness isn't good currently but I'm above the getting back into shape feeling like the past three weeks. DEAD SPOTS: often referred by cyclists as those degrees in a revolution where lesser torque is put into the crankarms. Yeah, I was mashing down while forgetting that I've muscles able to contribute on the upswing. As my feet were straight north & south of each other the spinning cadence would lose rhythm. Driving my knees toward the bar has helped me balance the whole leg!!
