outsoled w/validation

It was after midnight that the 9:50 showing of "Shutter Island" ended @ the Duluth 10 Theater for Jen & me to drive home but it was during this window of time I decided on today's big go! Waking up to a feeling of angst over the unproductive weekend there was a need to prove that I know what my feet like under them. Knowing that I had dawdled Saturday afternoon away at home before going to the Derby Bout in Pioneer Hall has me ticked off because I could have squeaked in something. In hind sight, no regrets as it was fun and I got in free since Jen is a part of the Harbor City Roller Dames but sold merchandise rather than compete. However, she wants to be ready for the Canadians on May 1st!!! Afterwards, there was all the pizza and beer we could stomach @ Luce w/the club flipping the bill which didn't help out any either.

I feel better now though as my final pair of NB 790s were taken out of their temporary cardboard home for some major abuse. My run took me up the scenic 61 to Emily's Cafe in Knife River and back!! Distance came to 29 miles!!!! Ambulation thru work currently isn't going very well but the return pedal to where I hang along the Lester River should be lovely.

Good ole boys @ the DRC have the new MT 100 on its way for me to arrive by Friday guaranteed.
