fermented cider

I hope for those whom purchased some jugs from Bayfield Apple Company were luckier than we were. Sunday night I got fuckin' loaded off the alcohol in it!! They must have thought it was safe enough to keep 'em outside before moving it into the cooler??? Oh well, I'll just bring it to a rolling boil on the stove to rid the alcohol.

As for training, I ran 23 minutes in Bagley yesterday to find out I'm a piece of shit currently. Still have nasal congestion but it is improving at an impatiently slow rate. Heading over to Whistlestop to hang out w/Josh Roeser & pedal around heckling runners while our gals do the half. Looking forward to reuniting w/many of the crossniacs beginning next weekend....

Made me laugh - I intentionally ferment my cider. Usually, if there's enough alcohol to notice, it gushes or the container breaks from all the trapped gases.

SteveQ-appreciate the advice & will remember it for the next orchard visit. However, since I last wrote, leaving a jug as it is has grown on me somewhat.
