...to a recovery week that is! Obviously, doing a race on Sunday to complete what was suppose to be a restful week might go against standard protocol(alright, it does). I probably would be just fine had I stuck to my guns and resisted the temptation. So, hanging out in the video rocker is the place for me today. Splashing around in the pool later should give a feeling of accomplishment though.
Since the real competition begins in two and a half weeks my plan will be to alternate BIG and little weeks instead of following three or four-week blocks. My concentration is different and shifts modes as the year carries on.
