That was the duration in minutes for both my workouts recently. On Tuesday, Dudley called me and had his interest peaked as to what all the hype over trail running on snomo paths is about. So, I would show him and he took a liking if you were to ask me. Yesterday, I decided to bring the waxless into Lester as I got a report that the city cleaned up the tracks. Very nice job was done by someone! Normally, I do my strength routine after the aerobic exercise but went vise versa on this occasion which made kicking & poling more of a challenge. Motivation could have been good or just the aforementioned but my average HR was 143 bpm. Quite a bit higher than a usual nordic.
**Getting ready for bed now I have to make note of a crazy pre-race munchy. Boneless chicken wings bring me a couple blocks of hiking down the sidewalk to Super One Foods. Preferably the buffalo style but tonight settling for BBQ would be the only option. These breaded nuggets fill the void...what do you think?**
