Conditions were dry w/a cooler north wind and I was OK w/that! Erik and I ran from his place and decided to connect Hartley, Bagley, and Chester Bowl. We started out a bit quick but got it under control by the midway point. Higher volume is the focus now and by training within myself I might enjoy more frequent bouts. *Need to pay special attention to calorie intake.
Trail Run: 1 hour 18 minutes
Commuter Pedal: 1 hour 45 minutes
