flat tyre

On my way home in the dark I rolled over a roofing nail that had a chunk of shingle attached! Fortunately, it happened during the last four blocks of my route. The TUFO sealant was spitting from the puncture and had I known there was something embedded I would have stopped sooner. It was holding air until I came to a street light and by then too much damage had been done. Oh well, for having my final tubular on my front wheel and to not be able to do a roadside fix under the circumstances I was lucky.

Commuter Pedal: 1 hour 15 minutes
