Using the Nathan handheld bottle is something I'll get accustomed with this summer as I just can't seem to regulate my temperature well. I went w/one and wonder whether two would be better to balance out the arms?? Hartley is finally drying out w/only a few spots to hop over. The foot was OK and I got back into the NB 790s.

Commuter Pedal: 1 hour 15 minutes
