uphill slog

In an effort to free up more time during my afternoons before work I'm going to use my feet to either get to or from and that commenced this morning. Once done w/my shift I stepped out the door in my running gear to face the other side of the city. The senses go crazy on the same roads at night! I noticed the benefits in listening to yourself and my RPE was more consistent when there were only deer and a cottontail to distract me.
