Wednesday going on Sunday

Overdone it for sure! I'm just sitting out this week in terms of running. More rehab w/Matt Larson this afternoon. I wish I knew if my ankles are just that worn out for life or if they'll be stronger again w/time. The last two mornings I am woken out of my sleep from them throbbing! Also, it seems best to take Sundays off for awhile to have 36 hours free of training. Washed my bike at work last night for the first time this winter. Roads have been clearing up nicely of late. I'm sure I just set us up for another blizzard by doing that. Strength and flexibility will be my concentration with cross-training to target aerobic on Saturday.
