Only in this part of the country can they forecast a ninety degree flip-flop from one day to the next. It wasn't a hard choice to just stay indoors and work on strength and flexibility. I don't acclimatize fast enough to deal w/such rapid change. Usually my mood is poor before stepping out the door. Personal note: no more two-a-day workouts unless you're coupling them w/a swim. Tuesdays have been my roughest during the week and I want to put them to use. I need to get more quality rest and not be on my feet when it isn't a must.
