TABATA workouts

Some dude from Japan got his name on essentially a four-minute interval block of pain that consists of 20 seconds FULL GAS & 10 seconds easy repeated seven more times! I did some yesterday on the bike and today on foot w/poor feedback during both sessions leaving me unwilling to make any promises that next week is going to be swell. The smart thing to do would be to have stopped while I was still ahead but Jingle Cross Rock is too much fun and I know a load people going. Competing one last week will be alright since I'm not working the day before or after Thanksgiving.
